The Sponsoring Authority, Agape Baptist Church and 1st Prai Company The Boys' Brigade was having the TWIN 10th Anniversary on 15th March 2003 with the theme "Soar Like The Eagle". It's also the Enrollment Service for FPCOM.

Around 540 - 600 peoples was attended the celebration programmed. Beside of FPCOM, 2nd Penang, 6th Penang, 8th Penang, 14th Penang, 2nd Manjung and 1st Sungai Petani Company were attended the celebration too. We really appreciated for all the representative, and also thanks for the full supported from 8th Penang and 2nd Manjung Company.

We also thanks to The Brigade President, Mr. Michael Moorthy, Vice President, Mr. Samuel Choo for attend our anniversary dinner.

Enrollment Service

Few promotion were given on the enrollment service, including the promotion of Officers and NCOs.

Our Acting Captain, Miss Tan was passing her authority as a captain to Warrant Officer Kenneth Yong for replacing her out-going and promoted him as the company Captain. Beside that, Warrant Officer Cheah was also promoted as the company Lieutenant and Instructor Ong was promoted as the company Warrant Officer. We really thanks and appreciated to Miss Tan for helping us to rebuilding-up the company. THANKS MISS TAN.

12 members was promoted as the company NCOs, we having 7 Lance-Corporals, 4 Corporals and 1 Sergeant for the year of 2003.

1998	Starting BB in Seberang Jaya Secondary School The first largest Enrollment Service, more than 380 members attended. Building-up the FPCOM Official Website 1st Runner-up for Drill Competition in Penang Founders' Day, at 8th Penang Company.
1999	The Best Supporter for the camp fire organized by 8th Penang Company at Air Itam Secondary School.
2000	Starting BB in Chung Hwa 1 Primary School.
2001
2002	The first most biggest recruitment activity, flies over 4000 flyers. More than 200 visitor.
2003	10th Anniversary, and publish the 1st company magazine.
